You will add that when sending the final version.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The papers should be between<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>25,000\u201350,000 characters (with spaces) <\/strong>long (this includes references, footnotes etc.), regardless of the mode of presentation (oral, demo or poster). The authors using the LaTeX template, please note that you should edit only file elex.tex (and put their content into it) and compile it with pdflatex (for any further LaTeX related questions, please contact Michal Cukr at <a href=\"mailto:michal.cukr@sketchengine.eu\">michal.cukr@sketchengine.eu<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Full paper submission <strong>will be closed on 21 April 2023<\/strong>.\u00a0Then it will be followed by a review process, after which the reviewers&#8217; comments (if the paper is accepted) will need to be implemented and a final version of the paper submitted by <strong>26 May 2023<\/strong>. Please note that late submissions may not be published in the proceedings for organizational reasons.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For the paper to be published in the proceedings, at least one of the authors must register for the conference.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The proceedings will be published under Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike 4.0 International License.<\/p>\n<h3>Instructions for extended abstracts<\/h3>\n<p>The extended abstracts need to be uploaded to Indico. The template can be kept as for the full papers.<\/p>\n<p>Please make sure that you:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>added the name(s) of the author(s) of your paper,<\/li>\n<li>and considered all reviewers\u2019 comments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instructions for posters<\/h3>\n<div>Posters may be up to A0 size (vertical only). We offer on-demand printing of the poster: we can print it and bring it to the conference venue so that you do not need to travel with it.<\/div>\n<div>The cost of printing depends on the color-coverage of the poster. Printing an A0 poster fully color-covered costs 35 \u20ac, and a 50%-color-covered poster (and one can reasonably assume that most posters would be well below this limit) costs 17.5 \u20ac.<\/div>\n<div>If you&#8217;d like to get your poster printed, please send it no later than <strong>19 June<\/strong><b>\u00a02023<\/b>\u00a0to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:registration@elex.link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">registration@elex.link<\/a>. We will print it and tell you the\u00a0exact price.
