You will add that when sending the final version.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The papers should be between<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>25,000\u201350,000 characters (with spaces) <\/strong>long (this includes references, footnotes etc.), regardless of the mode of presentation (oral, demo or poster). The authors using the LaTeX template, please note that you should edit only file elex.tex (and put their content into it) and compile it with pdflatex.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Full paper submission <strong>will be closed on 14 July 2025<\/strong>. Then it will be followed by a review process, after which the reviewers&#8217; comments (if the paper is accepted) will need to be implemented and a final version of the paper submitted by <strong>8 October 2025<\/strong>. Please note that late submissions may not be published in the proceedings for organizational reasons.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For the paper to be published in the proceedings, at least one of the authors must register for the conference and pay the full registration fee.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The proceedings will be published under Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike 4.0 International License.<\/p>\n<h3>Instructions for extended abstracts<\/h3>\n<p>The extended abstracts are the improved versions of originally submitted abstracts to Easychair. Please use the template for <a href=\"https:\/\/elex.link\/elex2025\/wp-content\/uploads\/eLex2025-Word-abstract-template.zip\">MS Word<\/a>.
