Submission requirement: each submission should have at least 1 author who will present on-site, and at least 1 author paying the regular registration fee. One author can claim this criteria for one submission only (i.e. the same author cannot fulfill the requirement for 2 submissions).

There will be two workshops:

held on the afternoon of 20 November 2025, after the conference
Registration
Following the war events in Ukraine, participants from Russia, Belarus, and Russian-occupied territories may not attend the conference.
To qualify for the early-bird registration, both the payment and registration must be completed by 16 September 2025 (extended). The fee can be paid online (credit card, PayPal) or via bank transfer.

Cancellations & refund policy
Cancellations received before 10 September 2025 will be refunded in full, minus a processing fee of € 30.
Cancellations received between 7 September 2025 and 27 October 2025 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations received after 28th October 2025.
