The eLex 2023 conference will take place at Hotel Passage in Brno. The hotel is located in the city center with easy transportation options around the venue.

How to get to Hotel Passage

The eLex 2023 venue, Hotel Passage, is in the Brno city centre (the nearest tram stop is “Antonínská”, served by tram 1 and 6).

Best airports for Brno:

  1. Brno-Turany Airport (BRQ), 5 km from Brno, 15 mins journey time:  Brno only has flights from London Stansted and Milan/Bergamo. Take the bus number E76 to the centre (the main train station ) from where tram 1 takes you to the hotel.
  2. Vienna International Airport (VIE), 130 km, 2 hours: Vienna is the best airport for Brno (better than Prague!) Direct train and bus connections with FlixBus, RegioJet and Gepard Express offer direct buses. Czech Railways has trains with easy connection at Vienna and Gepard Express operates a direct train from Brno the Vienna airport once per day.
  3. Bratislava Airport (BTS), 130 km, 2h30min: Take the number 61 bus or a taxi to the Bratislava main train station and continue by train to Brno.
  4. Prague Airport (PRG), 210 km, around 4 hours. The journey requires transferring from the airport bus number 131 to the metro line B and then the line C or using a direct bus Airport Express (AE) to Hlavní nádraží (Main railway station) which lasts a bit longer time. The trains to Brno run every hour. The buses run from the main coach station Florenc. (FlixBus and RegioJet)

Brno can be also reached by international bus lines (RegioJet, FlixBus, Eurolines) and international trains (Czech Railvays, Austrian ÖBB, …)
