Registration fees

The registration fees do not include the gala dinner and the pre- or post-conference workshops. The gala dinner is also open to accompanying persons.

To qualify for the early-bird registration,  both payment and registration must be completed by 30 June 2019.

Cancellations & refund policy

Cancellations received before 25 July 2019 will be refunded in full, minus the cost of € 30 processing fee.
Cancellations received between 25 July 2019 and 10 September 2019 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the registration costs.
NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations received after 10 September 2019.
All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to oc@elex.link.
