Conference format: each submission should have at least 1 author who will present on-site, and at least 1 author paying the regular on-site fee
There will be two free-of-charge workshops:
- a pre-conference workshop on Sketch Engine in Hotel Passage on the afternoon of 26 June 2023
- a post-conference one on Lexicography and CEFR held at Masaryk University on the afternoon of 29 June 2023
You need to confirm that you will attend the workshop(s) during the registration process. The places for the workshops are limited. Priority is given to presenters.
Registration fees
To qualify for the early-bird registration, both payment and registration must be completed by 10 May 2023. The fee can be paid online or via bank transfer.
The gala dinner is also open to accompanying persons.

Cancellations & refund policy
Cancellations received before 10 May 2023 will be refunded in full, minus a processing fee of € 30.
Cancellations received between 11 May 2023 and 10 June 2023 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations received after 10 June 2023.
